Site Manager

Our client is a reputable construction company who are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a project based in Maidstone.

Main scope of work will consist of roof repairs, repointing, strip out, structural timber repairs.

Skills & Requirements:

Valid CSCS,SMSTS and First Aid qualification

Proven experience as a Site Manager on similar projects

Ideally experience within the areas listed above

Commercial knowledge

Good communication and leadership skills

Working references – essential

Will be required to interview with the client
