Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing day‑to‑day site operations
- Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are completed to programme
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety on site
- Ensuring quality control across all stages of the build
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Requirements
- Proven experience on new build housing projects
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (essential)
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to manage site efficiently and meet deadlines
Job Details
- £28 per hour
- Ongoing temporary work
