Position Overview

            Job Description:  Lead and manage the general cleaning process, including planning, coordinating, executing tasks, and supervising cleaning crews across multiple job sites. 
Coordinate and communicate cleaning duties to team members effectively. 
Manage and maintain inventory and cleaning equipment across various job sites. 
Attend meetings with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and develop and maintain positive client relationships. 
Ensure that cleaning team members are properly trained and that their skills align with client requirements. 
Review work orders to ensure assignments are completed accurately and on time. 
Respond to and report any operational incidents to the office and clients. 
Assist to move equipment and products. 
Report directly to the Operations Manager. 
Perform any other administrative or operational duties as assigned on an ad hoc basis.
