Install and commission kitchen and laundry equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards across guest-facing and back-of-house areas.

Ensure the proper setup alignment and connection of kitchen appliances (e.g. ovens steamers fryers dishwashers) and laundry equipment (e.g. washers dryers presses).

Conduct routine maintenance including checking electrical connections cleaning components and testing equipment for proper operation.

Perform preventive maintenance tasks to reduce downtime and extend the life of kitchen and laundry systems and machinery.

Carry out scheduled inspections to ensure all equipment is functioning efficiently safely and in compliance with operational standards.

Diagnose technical issues with kitchen and laundry systems including mechanical plumbing or electrical faults and apply corrective measures.
