SMT Engineer

Qualifications

: - Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field Requirements : - Minimum 3 years of SMT process engineering experience in electronics manufacturing environment

- Familiar with SMT equipment such as SPI, Pick & Place, Reflow Oven, and AOI

- Knowledge in SMT troubleshooting, process control, and quality improvement tools

- Familiar with IPC standards and manufacturing best practices

- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment Job Descriptions : - Monitor and improve SMT production process performance to achieve quality and productivity targets

- Troubleshoot SMT process issues related to solder printing, placement, reflow, and AOI

- Support SMT machines setup, maintenance coordination, and process optimization

- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)...
