GDIT has an exciting opportunity for a Software Developer on our EMITS 2 program in Wiesbaden Germany.

As a Software Developer, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of U.S. Army Europe. You will play a crucial role in supplying mission command to U.S. Army soldiers in the European AOR.

  • Develops, codes, deploys and maintains web applications and websites.

  • Perform software development tasks including analysis, design, development, unit and integration testing, troubleshooting and documentation.

  • Provides application development and technical support for customer websites.

  • Provides technical consultation in new systems development, new package evaluations and enhancements of existing systems.

  • Prepares functional specifications from which programs will be written, then designs, codes, tests, debugs and documents programs.
