Position Overview
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions to support sales and marketing business functions.
- Customize and configure Salesforce applications, including workflows, validation rules, dashboards, reports, and process automation.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), AmpScript, Visualforce pages, and system integrations.
- Support Sales Cloud and related Salesforce platform enhancements based on business requirements.
- Collaborate closely with business users, sales teams, marketing teams, and functional consultants to gather and analyze requirements.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems, marketing platforms, and third-party applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
