Perform on-prem and SaaS cloud UiPath RPA platform installations, configuration, and level 3 incident support for Truist’s Intelligent Automation program.
Lead and participate in rapid triage and resolution of escalated UiPath RPA platform and automated process problems.
This often involves problem isolation skills to determine root cause and solution. Variables can include robot VDI configuration anomalies, robot VDI browser version nuances, Windows IIS server issues, Active Directory/Entra permissions, network & firewall configuration challenges, O365 feature incompatibilities, and more.
