About the Role

SWIFT is seeking an experienced, hands‑on Software Engineering Manager to join our Real‑Time Payment Solution team, part of the Market Infrastructures tribe.

The ideal candidate combines strong leadership with proven experience as a lead software engineer, including hands‑on expertise in software development, testing, and delivery, along with demonstrated skills in mentoring and coaching engineers. Your expertise and experience in further improving our software delivery practices will be key.

Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will work in an agile team responsible for end‑to‑end delivery, from customer engagement to implementation and support.
