Software Integration Analyst

We are looking for an individual who has the enthusiasm and passion to implement and integrate business systems according to the client’s needs. As a Software Integration Analyst, you will collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to deliver and fulfill the business requirements of the client.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of projects from initial scoping to final invoicing.
• Participate in solution design, execution, and delivery of projects to meet a client’s requirements and to ensure projects are delivered on-time and in full.
• Manage stakeholder communication and expectation, at all times.
• Follow policies and best practices to define project requirements based on customer’s needs.
• Perform root-cause-analysis for issues raised by customer during external testing.
• Understand and action on the required files transfer protocols for each project, where relevant.
