Solar Technician

Job Description

On-site - Caloocan | 1-3 Years Experience | Diploma | Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Install solar PV systems including panels, inverters, batteries, and mounting structures
• Assemble and mount solar panels on rooftops or ground‑mounted systems
• Perform electrical wiring, conduit installation, and system connections
• Ensure proper alignment, sealing, and structural integrity of installations
• Conduct system testing and basic troubleshooting after installation
• Follow project plans, technical drawings, and specifications
• Adhere to safety standards and use proper PPE at all times
• Coordinate with engineers, electricians, and project managers on‑site
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition
• Provide basic system orientation to clients if required
