About The Role

Our market‑leading Restructuring and Insolvency team in Cheltenham is seeking a talented solicitor to join us. Renowned for our collaborative environment and commitment to professional growth, we work with insolvency practitioners, financial institutions, company directors, and corporate clients on challenging assignments. The team advises on both non‑contentious and contentious matters, with a particular emphasis on high‑value and complex insolvency cases. We act on behalf of office holders, creditors, and other stakeholders in disputes and legal proceedings, including investigations, asset tracing, claims relating to antecedent transactions, and personal and corporate insolvency proceedings, including bankruptcy and winding‑up.

The role primarily supports senior members of the Cheltenham team and the wider team.
