Solution Architect

The Solution Architect will design, own, and govern end‑to‑end technology solutions that enable business outcomes across Aecon’s operations. This role is accountable for translating business needs into scalable, secure, and well‑governed solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, cloud strategy, and long‑term business value.

Solution Design & Ownership

• Own the end‑to‑end solution design for assigned initiatives, from concept through delivery and operational handover.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand business problems, processes, and objectives, and translate them into practical, value‑driven solutions.
• Define business, application, data, integration, security, and infrastructure architecture for solutions.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, secure, and aligned with Aecon’s enterprise architecture principles.
