Solution Consultant-CTAP

Key Responsibilities: Lead pre-sales technical engagement with customers to understand their business objectives and technical requirements. To develop high quality customised solutions using China Telecom’s suite of network connectivity services to fulfil customers’ requirements. Preparation of solution proposals and project writeups to illustrate China Telecom’s value proposition. Liasing with external (partners, vendors) and internal (Product, HQ and Branches Office of China Telecom) parties to ensure end-to-end technical solution feasibility. Support project delivery teams during implementation and provide post-sales consultation to ensure seamless handover and customer satisfaction.
