About the Job

We are growing our consulting team again. You will own the discovery process, requirements gathering, resulting solutions design and integrations.

Require a Solutions Designer, someone who has demonstrated Technical Leadership, someone with exceptional client-facing communications skills to extract requirements from the various stakeholders and persuade business stakeholders of the pros and cons of various new solutions. Be nimble. We require someone to bring expert-level skills with Java and/or C#.

Typical projects with our clients are 4-6 months long with 4-6 developers, with an initial POC done by one developer. You become the Technical Advisor during a project. Projects are often back-office modernization or AWS cloud migrations.
