Hiab is seeking a data-driven, proactive Sourcing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in vendor selection and the tracking of cost-reduction initiatives to hit annual productivity goals for your specific category. By utilizing global benchmarking and expert negotiation, you will work to maximize purchasing synergies and leverage company spend. You will take ownership of implementing sourcing category strategies and uncovering new opportunities, focusing on executing sourcing activities designed to minimize total acquisition costs and secure a benchmark total cost of ownership.
The position can be based in Stargard or Gdansk (Poland) as well as Zaragoza (Spain), or fully remote. You will report to our Category Manager Hydraulics.
