Job Description
To maintain a high standard of all food preparation, service, and hygiene in their respective Kitchens, according to the standards required by the management.
Requirements
- Oral and written fluency in english
- Certificate or diploma in food and beverage/hospitality management
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an international class hotel
- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar capacity
- Flexible and adaptable to different working location
