Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Instruct cooks and other workers in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food.
  • Ensure that all prepared food items that leave the kitchen are in good quality.
  • Able to spot problems and resolve them quickly and efficiently.
