Sous Chef - Thame - £35,000 per annum plus bonus and tronc (extra £7,000)


Sous Chef at a great gastropub in Thame, a fantastic opportunity to serve fresh, seasonal food within a dynamic and structured company. We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to grow within this company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Head Chef to create high-quality dishes

  • Managing kitchen operations efficiently, including inventory management and ordering

  • Leading and motivating kitchen staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment

  • Upholding health and safety standards at all times
  • Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a gastropub environment

  • Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating exceptional dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredient
