Position Overview

Key Requirements Minimum 3 years’ experience in high-volume food production within a retail environment Strong knowledge of stock control and ordering Must have a good understanding of Food cost, GP’s and Meal Cost breakdowns Experience in staff management, including rostering and basic disciplinary processes Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays Solid HACCP knowledge and experience Hospitality qualification (formal certificate or diploma required) Knowledge of packaging and food labelling will be beneficial.
