Ideal candidate

• Experience using a professional deli slicer
• Comfortable working under pressure during busy lunch rushes and catering orders
• Knowledge of baking and bread production is a strong asset
• Familiar with Italian cuisine and Italian deli meats
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Able to manage prep efficiently and maintain cleanliness standards
