Spanish Cuisine Lead Cook - Menu & Quality Control

We are seeking a Cook specializing in Spanish cuisine to join our kitchen team in Guoco Tower, Tanjong Pagar, Singapore. You will prepare dishes to the restaurant's standards, monitor quality, and collaborate with chefs to maintain service quality.

The role offers a 5-day work week, 10am-9pm with a 2-hour break, monthly salary SGD 2,700–3,000 plus overtime, AWS, incentives and a bonus. Experience in Spanish cuisine is preferred.
