  • Responsible in assisting customer’s inquiries using Spanish and English Language through email, call, message, and live chat support
  • Listening and resolve customer's concerns, issues, or questions
  • Preparing reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
  • Demonstrating excellent customer service skills
  • Participate in team meetings and achieve targets needed
  • Accomplishing other related tasks needed

Requirements

  • Native Spanish Speakers living in the Philippines
  • Conversational to Fluent in English language
  • Open for graduate and undergraduates
  • Must be located in Metro Manila
  • Can start as soon as possible
