Job :
Design: Create, update, and adapt training materials (product, procedures, communication techniques) in Spanish.
Facilitation: Dynamically deliver initial training sessions for new recruits (pedagogy, soft skills, product knowledge).
Support: Ensure ongoing training for teams in production (refresher sessions, specific workshops) to correct performance issues identified by the Quality department.
Evaluation: Assess the knowledge of the trainees and support them until they reach the production phase.
Monitoring: Stay informed about product and process developments to ensure continuous updates of training modules.
