Position Overview

Spare Parts Coordinator

Our client who is a leading company in the caravan manufacturing industry is looking for a Spare Parts Coordinator to join their team. The company is located in Somerville, VIC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor & Maintain Spare Parts Register (Created by Warranty Department)
  • Liaise with Local Procurement and Offshore Procurement to order parts required to be dispatch.
  • Manage Min/Max levels of Spare Parts Store (to be created)
  • Organise postage and shipping as required.
  • Liaise with Warranty team daily, providing updated information on status of overdue spare parts orders
  • Assist in developing standard operating procedures
