Overview

We are seeking a Psychology (or similar) graduate to serve as a SEN Teaching Assistant in a specialist Oxford school for students with Autism and complex learning disabilities. Candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support children aged 4–18 with complex autism and learning disabilities, ensuring consistent, ongoing care.
• Collaborate with on‑site therapists and psychologists to deliver child‑centred support.
• Shadow therapy sessions and learn from professionals to gain expertise in special needs and mental health.
• Provide proactive, adaptable assistance in the classroom, using initiative to address individual student needs.
