Specialist - Source to Pay(38150)

Role Purpose

Support the development of the sourcing plan and category strategy by executing initiatives and monitoring performance and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with the category strategy.
• Execute and monitor the annual sourcing plan for assigned categories.
• Prepare and manage RFx processes, including analysis of supplier proposals.
• Develop negotiation strategies to ensure strong commercial outcomes.
• Coordinate supplier and product development initiatives with cross-functional teams (Quality, Manufacturing, IS/IT).
• Conduct analytical activities such as scenario analysis, benchmarking, and cost/value assessments.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Ensure compliance with Orica standards, policies, and approval processes.
• Track and report savings and value delivered (Saving Tracker).
