Specification & Project Executive

The Specification & Project Executive will support the commercial growth of ASSA ABLOY Singapore by assisting in project specification writing, project coordination, documentation, and progress claims follow‑up. This role acts as a bridge between the sales team, consultants, contractors, distributors, and internal operations team to ensure that project specifications are properly prepared, submissions are completed on time, project progress is tracked, and claims are followed up effectively.

• Prepare and support product specifications, technical submissions, and tender documents
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, distributors, and internal teams on project updates
• Track project progress from specification to award, delivery, and completion
• Prepare and follow up on progress claims and supporting documentation
• Maintain accurate project reports, documentation, and pipeline tracking
