Specification Sales Manager

We are looking for a specification sales manager. This role can be base either in UAE or KSA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Influence project specifications and secure product approvals across key sectors (commercial, residential, hospitality, government).
• Cultivate relationships with architects, interior designers, MEP engineers, and specifiers in the UAE.
• Track projects from the early design phase through to tender, conversion, and repeat business.
• Partner with commercial sales teams, channel partners, and application engineers to convert specifications into actual orders.

Requirements:

• >5 of specification sales experience in the building materials space
• Fluent proficiency in English & Arabic language
• Well connected with architect, consultant & developers
