About the role
This is an excellent opportunity for Sports Coaches looking to gain experience in education, transition into teaching, or enjoy flexible work around other commitments.
As a Sports Coach / Cover Supervisor, you will:

Deliver pre-planned PE lessons and supervise lessons across a variety of secondary subjects.
Manage classroom behaviour confidently and effectively.
Ensure students remain engaged and on task throughout lessons.
Support pupils' learning in the absence of the regular teacher.
Build positive relationships with students and school staff.
Promote a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment.

Your experience as a Sports Coach means you'll already have many of the skills schools are looking for, including strong behaviour management, leadership, communication, and the ability to motivate young people.
