Short Description

The Inspection Engineer is responsible for performing third-party inspection, testing, and certification activities for lifting equipment and cranes, primarily within the oil and gas sector, ensuring compliance with applicable international standards, client specifications, and local regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct inspection, testing, and certification of lifting equipment and cranes, including but not limited to:
Mobile cranes, offshore cranes, tower cranes

Lifting appliances, lifting gears, and accessories
Perform inspections during various phases:
Initial inspection

Periodic and annual inspections

Load testing and re-certification
Review engineering drawings, lifting plans, technical documents, and manufacturer data books (MDB).
