Sr. Benefits Administrator - Leave of Absence & Workers Compensation

As a Sr. Benefits Administrator for Leave of Absence & Workers Compensation, you will be the primary contact between our department, managers, employees, and vendors. Reporting to our Benefits Manager, you will use independent judgement and make decisions regarding workers compensation claims and settlements. In addition, you will:

Manage day to day benefits functions of LOA and workers Comp

Serves as the primary contact, subject matter expert and counsel employees and managers for leave of absence, accommodations and workers compensation claims.
