Sr Construction Project Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Biopharmaceutical Engineering, or closely related field 


• Working experience of MS Projects


• Minimum of 2 years experience managing construction of a high tech facilities in semicon, health, data center, or solar.


• Minimum of 4 years project and/or people management including setting schedules, providing feedback, and coaching and adherence to budgets and timelines


• Must possess a solid understanding of construction design, technical equipment, and quality systems


• 
  

  Solid understanding of facility technology such as  heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, and security

  
  


• Demonstrated experience leading small teams or projects required
