Position Overview

Sr. Customer Quality Engineer Essential responsibilities
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Track and communicate progress in Quality Improvements
  • Develop tools to effectively track performance
  • Communicate with customers to update on complaints
  • Make presentations on Quality KPIs to Upper Management
  • Train employees in WCM Quality Tools
  • Prepare customer related reports (for example customer scorecard) including analysis and driving implementation of needed actions
  • Proactively visit the customer's site as needed or requested
Qualifications
  • Education: Industrial / Electromechanic Engineer
  • 5 years of experience in Quality
  • 5 years experience on internal and external audit
  • Fluent communication in English
  • Six sigma green / black belt certification
  • Soft skills: Team work, Decision making, Problem solving, Negotiation and communication
