Sr. Customer Support (Inbound Voice) Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in BPO Inbound Voice Process (Mandatory) Location: Infopark, Kakkanad, Kochi Shift: Night Shift (MondayFriday) Salary: 3.5 LPA 4.5 LPA Education: Bachelor's Degree Mandatory We are seeking a customer-focused Senior Customer Support Executive with 2+ years of experience in a BPO Inbound Voice Process to deliver excellent customer service and efficiently handle inbound customer queries.
