This position applies advanced civil engineering knowledge to the creation and modification of site development plans, grading designs, and utility layouts using industry standard tools such as Autodesk Civil 3D. The Senior Technician provides technical guidance, consultation, and training to technicians and engineering staff, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to design standards.
