Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced ERP Recruiter to join our team in Bedford, MA. This role focuses on full-cycle recruitment for ERP technologies (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.) within a fast-paced US IT staffing environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing expertise, experience working on ERP requirements, and a solid understanding of the US hiring landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
• Work on ERP requirements across technologies such as SAP, Oracle ERP, PeopleSoft, Workday, and MS Dynamics
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of ERP consultants and full-time candidates
