Key Responsibilities

The Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) expects you to drive revenue and adoption for AWS database services in LATAM. You will work with cross‑functional teams and partners to turn complex customer problems into market solutions.

• Lead GTM strategy for AWS Database services for LATAM customers.
• Create sales plays, leverage partners, and build new initiatives that drive results for our customers.
• Provide critical customer feedback to inform product roadmap and work with partner network to build an ecosystem that supports customer goals.
• Take a leading role in emerging areas, building markets for new services, domains, or solutions as the “first in” team.
• Partner with customers to innovate and build solutions that enable them to fully leverage AWS.
