Responsibilities
Main contact person to our external IFM partner, take full accountability for high performance of service delivery as catering, cleaning, landscaping, pest control, reception/helpdesk, mail room and waste handling.
Conduct performance assessment of external IFM partner under global contract framework, KPI scoring, monthly audits.
Collect feedback from end-users, main partners, and secure high performance.
Understand encouraged services level Vs. actual deliveries.
Address services provider for corrections and improvement.
Cooperate with IFM partner to develop SOPs to deliver the service with consistency of performance and quality.
