Responsibilities

• Main contact person to our external IFM partner, take full accountability for high performance of service delivery as catering, cleaning, landscaping, pest control, reception/helpdesk, mail room and waste handling.
• Conduct performance assessment of external IFM partner under global contract framework, KPI scoring, monthly audits.
• Collect feedback from end-users, main partners, and secure high performance.
• Understand encouraged services level Vs. actual deliveries. Address services provider for corrections and improvement.
