Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Implementation Services, this role focuses on helping partners leverage Visa products and services to improve their business. As part of the Client Services team, the candidate will serve as the voice of the customer into the design, development, and successful deployment of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Manager/Program Manager for implementation services to Visa clients.
• Gather and document project requirements; provide client consultative guidance on Visa regulations, fees, features and functionality.
• Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects, ensuring product and sales goals are met cost‑effectively and on time, while maintaining high client satisfaction.
