Automation & Production Equipment Support
Perform line‑side maintenance for production automation systems (not facilities maintenance).Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize motors, belts, drives, conveyors, sensors, and other core production components.Conduct recovery procedures after equipment faults and restore systems safely and efficiently.PLC & Controls
Understand PLC ladder logic and perform basic program adjustments or modifications.Confidently enter PLC panels to review, diagnose, and analyze system logic.Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure PLC programs support desired production performance.Robotics
