Supporting day-to-day maintenance activities across CNC machining, welding systems, finishing equipment, and ultrasonic cleaning lines by executing preventive maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and repair work to ensure safe and reliable equipment operation.
In this role, you will report to the manufacturing engineering supervisor.You Will Make an Impact By:
1. Preventive Maintenance Execution
+ Perform scheduled PMs on:
+ CNC machines (lubrication, inspection, alignment checks)
+ Welding systems (leads, gas lines, cooling systems)
+ Finishing equipment (polishers, pumps, filtration)
+ Ultrasonic cleaning systems (tank cleaning, filter changes, solution monitoring)
+ Complete PM checklists and document ...
