Sr Manager, Mexico Custom Operations (Heroica Nogales)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage customs operations across multiple sites in Mexico
• Ensure compliance with IMMEX, USMCA, Annex 24, OEA, and other applicable customs regulations
• Oversee accurate HTS classification and import/export procedures
• Manage the reconciliation and duty drawback processes
• Implement and optimize customs software solutions to support regulatory requirements
• Collaborate closely with maquila operations teams to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance
• Maintain regular communication with U.S. corporate management to align customs operations with strategic goals
• Support and oversee customs audits at both state and federal levels
• Manage intra-Mexico and LATAM shipments from a customs compliance perspective
