Position Overview
**Job Summary:**
**onsemi** is seeking an energetic, highly organized individual to supervise the work area within teradyne, powertech and FET testers. This position plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures, and recommends improvements in fabrication methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions. This position directly supervises the day-to-day activities and work priorities of employees in the Final Test Manufacturing Department and will assist with technical problems and recommend solutions and process improvements. This position reports to the Manager and ensures targets are achieved per plans and works under moderate supervision with latitude for independent judgment.
