Position Overview

Role Title: Expert Operations Process Consultant – Lean Green Belt
Line of Business: Commercial Lending Operations
Contract duration: 12 months (high possibility of extension)
Location: Downtown Toronto (Hybrid – 2 days in office and could increase)
The selected candidate will be leading in a matrix environment but not managing people
Job Description
Two key areas of focus:
Work with internal Process Specialists and SMEs to implement the bank's Commercial Lending Operations in executing the first year of a multi-year improvement plan. Focus is on Straight Through Process, Process Simplification, and Improved Data Integrity via the implementation of emerging technologies such as AI and Robotic Process Automation.
Work with Project Delivery and Lending Operations’ Senior Leadership on the development of subsequent years’ initiatives.
