Job Description
A Fortune 500 company is seeking a Senior SAN Engineer to join its team onsite in Renton, WA or Lewisville, TX. This individual will play a critical role in deploying, managing, and supporting the organization’s complex enterprise storage infrastructure. This position is responsible for delivering reliable, scalable, and flexible storage solutions that support a wide range of business-critical applications. The Senior SAN Engineer will ensure the stability, integrity, and performance of technologies including SAN and NAS arrays, SAN switches, FICON Directors, FCIP switches, data protection platforms, and replication solutions. The role partners closely with server teams and another Senior SAN Engineer. This is a high-impact, autonomous position requiring someone who can make sound technical decisions, align with the team’s culture, and ultimately provide strategic guidance—such as evaluating and recommending modern storage solutions.
