Job Responsibilities

  • Ability to identify qualified candidate by using the proper sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Hunter, Job portals, social platforms, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both passive and active candidates by understanding their career aspirations and aligning them with the organization’s opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date of talent market trends. Able to provide Talent Market insight to hiring manager to make better-informed recruitment decisions with fruitful data insight.
