Sr. Technical Account Manager - Scibids

**Who we are**
As a Senior Technical Account Manager at DV, you will be the primary point of contact for Scibids clients post-sale.
You will oversee the execution and performance of both pilot and business-as-usual (BAU) campaigns, ensuring seamless client experience, strong campaign results, and continuous growth through upselling opportunities.
You'll work closely with Sales and Presales teams within DV to deliver a cohesive customer journey and act as the voice of the client within Scibids.
**What You'll Do**
On a day to day basis, your responsibilities will specifically include:
- Campaign Management_- Leveraging Scibids AI technology, manage Pilot campaigns during testing phase & BAU campaigns after client is scaled.
- Monitor and troubleshoot campaign setup and performance within DSPs and ensure campaigns run effectively and smoothly.
