Position Overview

This is a remote position. Work closely with Helpdesk and Level 1 teams to streamline queue management. Responsible to maintain overall SLA for Core Operations.

Must understand the business and application workflows of the supporting systems. Work closely with vendor on dependent deliverables and ensure on time delivery. Create , Maintain and Review process documents periodically.

Must work with cross functional teams to provide key deliverables. Organize and coordinate major incident management and critical outages. Triage and present Monthly operational KPIs as dashboard.

Must train and mentor the team members in alignment with orgs vision and goal. Responsible for Proactive Monitoring, Automation of Operational Activities and process improvements. Responsible for Infra and Applications Uptime, reduction in Incidences.
